Our staff is first aid/CPR trained and certified by ProTrainings. For any emergency that we cannot assist with, Chippewa Veterinary Clinic is the emergency facility that we use during business hours (www.chippewavet.com), and after hours we use Allied Emergency Veterinary Service (www.alliedervet.com). 

If your fur baby needs to receive any type of medicine while staying with us, we would be happy to administer it while you are gone at no additional cost.
 
Our custom built facility is climate controlled and equipped with SimplSafe security system, providing 24/7 fire and police protection. Pet friendly music plays all day and night so that your pet never feels alone. At night the lights are dimmed so they can see but does not affect that good night sleep. For the safety of ALL pets, we do not mix dogs or mix cats together unless they are from the same family.

For your dog we have 5 feet by 6 feet rooms available and double suites that are 6 feet by 8 feet for families with multiple dogs. The rooms are created with white commercial grade vinyl that is easy to clean. Each guest will enjoy the comforts of a Kuranda chew-proof raised bed and stainless steel raised dishes for all food and beverages served. We have a large indoor play area that all dogs are continuously rotated into for play time with our staff. There are also fenced in outdoor areas and a walking path that your dog can enjoy. 

We have a HALO-LED air purification system with REME-LED technology in the building where the dogs are that is both mercury free and zero ozone compliant. The HALO-LED proactively treats every cubic inch of air-conditioned space, thereby reducing airborne and surface microbials, bacteria, viruses, mold, and VOCs.

For the felines we have a separate room with its own ventilation. Each cat or family will enjoy their stay in a deluxe cat condo with 3 levels to play on and a hammock to rest in. They will also have stainless steel raised dishes for all food and beverages served. The feline room also has a 72 inch tree for them to climb on when not in their condo.
